IF9.CN 消息，7 月 1 日，据 globenewswire 报道，加密 ATM 公司 Bitcoin Depot 宣布与特殊目的收购公司 GSR II Meteora Acquisition Corp. 完成此前宣布的业务合并，将于 7 月 3 日在纳斯达克上市。据悉，Bitcoin Depot 成立于 2016 年，为用户提供将现金转换为比特币的服务。根据官网，Bitcoin Depot 目前在 9130 个位置设有比特币 ATM 机。
